Saint Joseph Convent School, an all-girls private school located in Central Bangkok and founded in 1904, is one of the most popular institutions for primary and secondary education in Thailand. At its inception, the school met the needs primarily of Europeans who were making their home temporarily in Thailand. By 1936, Saint Joseph Convent School had been approved by the Thai Ministry of Education, and has since received four Royal awards for the best Elementary and Secondary School. Saint Joseph offers a Mini English Program (MEP) that consists of 17 hours of content subject lessons per student in the English Language. Suankularb Rangsit, located in Rangsit just outside the Greater Bangkok area, a co-ed school that offers an extensive learning experience. Wat Phrasrimahadhat Secondary Demonstration School, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, informally known as “Satit Wat Phrasri”, is a well-known secondary demonstration school in the outskirts of Bangkok, Thailand. It is operated under the auspices of Phranakhon Rajabhat University. It was founded on July 1, 1953 by Plaek Phibunsongkhram. At its inception, the school only had 50 students enrolled. Udonthani kindergarten was established on June 24, 1943, located at 101 Si Suk Road, Mak Khaeng Subdistrict, Mueang District, Udon Thani Province. The school was under the Special Education Divisionof Department of General Education in Ministry of Education with Ms. Ruchi Wiphaphuti as the first executive. After that the school was under the office National Primary Education on October 1, 2523 and change to under Office of the Basic Education Commission until now. The first establishment used the Female Teacher Training School (old), which is the women’s mechanics school (Udonthani Vocational College) that is enrolled for only kindergarten students. In 1947, the school opened to grade1. And in 1954, the school was established in a new location or current location.

Hua Qiao School Ubon Ratchathani 2 is the second Chinese school in Ubon Ratchathani province. (The first is Huaqiao Kong Hug School.)  Around 1860 B.E., the first group of Chinese people came to settle in Ubon Ratchathani.  And then they assemble into an association, a club, a clan family organization for help each other Inheriting the traditions and traditions of the Chinese people. In 1927-1946Chia Mong School was built at Phutthakong Shrine,  Phromthep Road (now) but the shrine is narrow and inconvenient to learn Chinese. They moved to Huaqiao Kong Hug School, Ubon Ratchathani at present. After that, the Ubon Ratchathani Charity Foundation committee has the opinion that the original Chinese school (Hua Qiao Kong Hug School, Ubon Ratchathani) has a narrow space. It can’t support students as they should. And it would be difficult to expand the school area. Mr. Surapol Thanaranakis (the president of the foundation) and  the committee of the foundation had an idea to build a new school with the aim of supporting students who have graduated from Huaqiao Kong Hug School came to study at Hua Chiao School, Ubon Ratchathani 2.  All funds have been donated by the alumni, alumni, merchants, and people. The school opened the first teaching on May 16, 2005.

SOUTHERN THAILAND

Anuban Surat Thani School is a Kindergarten and Primary/Elementary School located in the city of Surat Thani is in the south of Thailand. The school has around 1600 students. It has a nursery section (Tonkla), Kindergarten (Anuban), and 3 programs for its Primary/Elementary age students. There is a Math and Science Program, Regular Thai Program, and the English Program. 

The English Program and English Program Kindergarten Classes are run by BFITS and use Mcgraw-Hill resources (Books used in the American Curriculum). All of the EP classrooms have multimedia systems, are air conditioned, and also have ceiling fans.

The EP program has around 185 students, with one class of between 25-30 students in each grade level (Prathom 1-6 or P1-P6). The Kindergarten has one EP K2 class and one EP K3 class with around 25 students in each class. There are three primary subjects that are taught in the EP by BFITS staff which are English for 6 hours a week, Mathematics at five hours a week, and Science at 3 hours per week. The one secondary subject taught is Health at 1 hour per week. BFITS teachers also teach 1 or 2 sport lessons a week.
