Advice to NEW teachers coming to your school: Use effective classroom management techniques. Techniques for managing the classroom have been found to enhance student conduct, create a stronger sense of community inside the classroom, and promote a healthy learning environment. Take time to go and watch other teachers teach so that you can see what Classroom management techniques work or don’t work.

“I was lucky to find BFITS and work at Anuban Surat Thani. I didn’t know it at the time but they were one of the best agencies in Thailand. Not every agency will take care of their employees like this one.
I was lucky once again to be placed at Anuban Surat Thani in the south of Thailand close to the most beautiful beaches in the world!
My school has amazing students who speak English very well, great co-workers, and supportive staff. I was easily integrated into my position and felt very welcomed. ”
